Commercial Conditions

Conditions depend on task assigned and location; therefore only outlines for a Service Agreement may be given:

• Invoicing based  preferably on daily fee
• Services based on a Service Agreement, limited in time
• Bonus may be granted for longer assignments or timely prolongation of existing assignments
• Prolongation of existing assignments may have priority vs new assignments to guarantee sustainability, full accomplishment
• Service Agreement maybe directly or via third Interim-Management-Service providers
